    Byron Bay camping with a dog.

    Hi guys,

    I was thinking of taking my lady friend away in late february for a few nights and was wondering if anyone could suggest any ideas on where to stay in the byron bay area with a dog? We'll be towing a camper trailer and power is not a necessity. We would prefer "bush camping" but it's getting harder and harder to find these days.

    South Ballina Beach caravan park is very dog friendly and has a great camp kitchen, and down the back under the banksias and Tea trees it has a real camping feel.

    Including the punt across the river it's about 1/2hr south of Byron.

    If you want to go inland a bit,i know a fabulous bush camping, dog friendly spot near Tabulam.
