It never ceases to amaze me how the members of this forum rally to help another Landy owner.
A HUGE Thank You to James (Rainman), The Ho Hars and Col Coleman for their help over the last few days. When you're 1800km from home it really is nice to know there are some real friends around willing to help.

Could not agree more. On my recent trips I was priveledged to catch up with djam1 in Newman and then Mike ie in the Alice Springs Macca's.
Whilst I am sure the Landie community in general are supportive, the is certainly something special amongst the Defender guys.
