some kids need a good kick up ther backside!

My son was on facebook and there was a girl 9-10 years old complaining that all she got for chrishmas was an iphone!, she was calling her parents names, later she posted another pic of the iphone smashed to say this will fix her parents for being so selfish.

Its the parents fault for bring up a brat with no respect or values and spoiling the brat.

The brat need a good reality check with a big boot up the back side.
some kids expect too much, many kids throughout the world don't even have enough to eat. These sort of things boil my blood.

    Christmas

How right you are. The LOVE has gone outta Christmas, now, just a commercial exercise in how much a parent can spend on a child to satisfy either their "peer ego" or what the child believes that "they" should get, why..........because to there understanding of the situation "THE WORLD OWES THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Mate, since when did Facebook become a reputable tome of Fact and Truth?
Most stuff on there is crap and rubbish, people posing and mis-representing their lives to mimic the plastic world that is on TV.
What I am saying is: It is probably BS, designed to elicit a response.
    Dave.
    Cheers, BDave.

    Facebook, don't start me

We had been going out to restaurants, shopping centres etc etc, the one day I just happened to look at my old facebook account before I got rid of the thing and here is a list of all the places that we had been to. Seems that she ( minister for finance and war ) had been uploading where we went every time we were there. Showed place, time, when we were there and she had also put it what we were doing, do I need to put here my reaction !!!!!!!. There is no, nothing anymore.
I know one guy spends his life driving around the country side then when he comes home spend the rest of the time telling the world where, how, when what he ahs doing working on the truck over the weekend, bugger when I get home its my time

I was under the assumption that a person under 13yrs of age could not have a Facebook account I don't have young children or a Facebook account so I'm probably wrong.

Fortunately that seemed to be a mock up, my youngest showed me another link to this and other FB , twitface, and Bumbler threads the same. They are, as mentioned, designed to provoke a response and the perps just sit back and watch all the anger etc

Idiots taking up valuable breathing space on the planet.

    Still, where there's a market, there's supply...

    yes you can.
all these age limits on the internet are pretty much useless because very few of them have any way of proving it.
I cant remember what the fb thing said because it was quite a few years ago since i joined but i am guessing it just to try and cover there backside against angry parents.
as all the people i work with are old enough to be my parent we quite often have little debates about the generation differences, dont forget what generation raised this generation
