We've had one for just over 2 years and drove/drank? it into the ground. Thankfully they are going to fix it under warranty as we are only 9 days out. Always made a good coffee and the internet order is handy especially if you have a friend or 2 who have the same machine you can group your orders. Also get a descaling kit as that helps.
As to flavours I like the stronger ones after nightshirt and the mid ones you've already named on normal days.

The Aldi #10 pods are not quite strong enough for me but I did discover that Gloria Jeans now sells a compatible pod that hits the mark.

The Expressi is my secondary machine, primary (at home) is a Lavazza a Modo Mio and it is brilliant.

I can confirm that the pod for the Aldi system are NOT the same as the Nespresso. Personal taste, but on a side to side tasting (someone I know was asking opinions, as he needed several, and would have been a decent saving), I much prefer the Nespresso.

FWIW, I find the Nespresso commercial pods not as good as the domestic pods.

Pod coffee is not real coffee.

Real coffee comes from fresh roasted beans, ground just before becoming the perfect cup

Pod coffee is the Blend43 of 2012

Actually from what I've read Nespresso pods are real coffee unlike some of the other brands. I think what you're alluding to Tombie is the "freshness" of the ground coffee and I could agree more with you. In fact I think I'll go grind and pour a cup now

My wife usd to be the boss of Nespresso NSW a few years back, Nestle shipped her over to pet foods but before she left they gave her a top model machine as a thank you, love the thing.
FOrtisso Lungo is very good for latte's, but get a good separate milk frother, Nestle have never got theirs right for us flat white and latte lovers...
