There's one I saw today in ROK as per your Facebook.
Hey all,
Friends of friends are stuck at Emu Park...50kms from Rocky with a 95 Disco with what seems to be electric ignition probs. Any suggestions/ dealers/ workshops in the vicinity. Thanks in advance,
regards
Stevo
There's one I saw today in ROK as per your Facebook.
I think their best bet will be to get it towed to Rocky. There will be nothing in Emu park and I'd be surprised if there was any one in Yeppoon.
There is no official dealer in rockhampton now. It used to be the Holden dealer Lawrence motors on the north side of town.
There is one specialist noted in the following thread about 1/2 way down the first page, Rockhampton land rover and mechanical. I have no knowledge of how good/bad they are.
Help for Land Rover Owners when Travelling in Australia
Otherwise call the RACQ in rocky and see if they have any recommendations.
Good luck

I dealt with them 10 years ago when I was working up there, and was impressed.
Great service.
Seems to be still in business, so must be doing right by the customers.

98% of all Land Rovers built are still on the road.
The other 2% made it home.
Cost difference between Britpart and Genuine seals: £2.04. Knowing that your brakes won't fail at any moment: Priceless.
Thanks for responses. ....seems sorted or to be sorted with the mob above
Regards
Stevo
yeah stevo, the mob above are very good, they prepped grumble for our simpson desert trip in september and they are very passionate about landrovers.
