    GRUMBLE'S NOT GRUMBLING AT THE MOMENT

    Grumbles having a head job......
    yes, he's getting head....
    a new one
    seems my escapades on January 1 did it much harm
    I put him in for 250k service and questioned cooling problems and after replacing everything in the system except the pump and radiator which were both very new we did further observation and deduction and decided to lift the head and install new gasket.....what the hell.....get it(the head) properly inspected.......7 cracks found.....still flat......"we can put it back on with new gasket"....no thanks....so, new head sourced, on its way.
    he'll be a happy grumble with new wheel bearings as well and a new set of engine instruments on the A pillar to keep me informed a bit better. A whole lot of other small things checked/replaced/cleaned while the bonnets off will see his 14th birthday costing me about $6k
