I used to work for a company who manufactured those larger types of breakers, air circuit breakers and moulded case circuit breakers. Anything from 50 amps up to thousands of amps.Quote:

Got shown that one a while ago at work. We were told he was racking in an earth truck - the bus was supposed to be isolated, but they isolated the wrong one...
The permit system, or their lack of adherence to it has failed them on this occasion. Testing should have been conducted to prove the bus was dead before they installed the earth....
