    It says the investigation into the dumping began as soon as the clean-up was over, but it has taken three months to get clearance for all the CCTV footage from nearby buildings to be released.

    How was he carrying the "asbestos" in a dump truck in the first place. Looking at the image of the driver he wasn't wearing any PPE either, so he may be at the head of the queue for mesothelioma.

    At least we'll get to pay for his health care.
