    parasites, is the term i use.
    It happens everywhere. In India these parasites are called leaches.

    The less well-off market stall operators - they borrow say 800 rupees at the beginning of the day from the leaches, and have to repay 1000 rupees at the end of the day. Now that's doing it tough.
