Yeah, as I said, it all comes back to selling service and one's personality,like the Kotara business,go the extra mile project the personality,I regularly deal with my local Repco have for about 20 odd years,know most of the staff,but there are a couple who are better than the rest,they know me by voice,I will place an order they will source,give me a time,cost,then I will collect when it arrives.
