    Help Needed

Hi, Hubby (Blknight.aus) has ask me to try and enlist some help to assess the following on my car before he comes home:

    Head off
    Inspect Bores
    Check Piston Protrusion
    Flatness of the deck

This is so we can get an idea of the damage that was done so we can plan for the fix. I need to also find a Proper machine straight edge?

    Thanks

    G'Day Mate.
Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I can get down on the weekend to help. I am good at taking things apart (see Fozzy) if you can get a mechanic from somewhere to re-assemble it ; ))
I have a borescope so we can send some pics to the boss.
Dave has my number if you need to call, or just Personal Message me.
    Cheers, BDave

Tell him Ranga's coming over to fix it - that will scare the **** out of him

Sorry to hear of your woes. If there's anything non-mechanical I can do, let me know.

Dave(s), I'm in Clermont on my way home with a stuffed back, but let me know if you need a hand.

    I could make a start.
I'm available to remove the head and have a look for any obvious damage.
    Today, tomorrow, weekend.

Never pulled a head off a land rover before but happy to lend a hand. Free over the weekend as well.
