I like to think I have a open mind.
A closed mind stops development of new ideas and thought from going forward, history has proven this to be the case.
In my sighting there was Three of us.
We got a good look at the animal .
Its head shape ,size, tail lenght is nothing like a super Moggy.
The previous pics posted bear this out .
As previously posted to see what I have seen again I need to go to the zoo.
I also realise Two other things
1/ The animal would be a quick and excellent hunter in the Australian bush (we got a good look at it enough to realise it moves very well and is inteligent)( the only reason we ever seen the animal was because we supprized it in a spot light.)
All this adds up to being a hard animal to photograh.
2/ I realise there would be more false reports about panthers than real ones.
I know what I had seen that night and so did the other two people with me.
Two of us have had much experience in the bush and spot lighting /shooting ,ect in the bush.
I have not had reason not to believe my eyes 99.9 percent of the time in the real world.
I've seen some very big ferral cats in my time including one that would've been up around 20kg - out the back of Walsh River. There's a remote possibility the sightings are from some big cat family, however I think more than likely it's ferral cats evolving to their surroundings through selective breeding.
