I think what ever a person does to an animal/or child/human, should have the exact same done to them. There might be far less horrible people in the world then. punishment for animal abuse needs to be a lot harder. cant stand it

I have to say the magistrate was spot on with his summing up. The guy may have had issues in his childhood, but to constantly wheel it out as an excuse for his wrongdoings is wrong. Some people feel that once they have a "label" they can get away with whatever they want.
