I live just near a tight bend that most people try to take too quickly. So far I have scored a good pair of workmen's gloves and a good pair of secateurs.

I've heard of a farmer finding a forklift in his paddock. Fell off a train.:D

I have scored a few sturdy buckets, the empty containers that plaster comes in.

And a chain and twitch off a log truck. :)

C.O.E. tractors are almost extinct in the States. All the trucking firms have gone to 'conventional' tractors. Many 'car carriers' also have single drive axles.
