Another idiot on the road

The problem with that it is that prisoners cost the tax payer $128000 a year each so we will work to keep the idiots in a low security jail for long time.
I said it again, export them to a country that would look after our prisoners at a cost that perhaps it is 90% cheaper.

Companies seem to be able to outsource every thing else, so why not prisons.

I've never heard of this Comcept before , I like It ! , It has some merit . Although I don't think It will ever happen , as they have rights . Ya right !!..

It is a matter to work around it, perhaps Macquarie Island which an Australian territory can be an option administrated by a foreign company.
Why it is always unconstitutional to not look after the bad as it is Ok to provide bellow standards shelter to the homeless people with mental disorders? :mad:

Hi Eevo , I know that you are right , of course it will never happen ! The ironic thing is , this wonderfull Country was colonized by a system such as this . I for one am pleased that It was legal , or even constitutional way back in 1788 . cheers jimr1 :)
