Is the area the bit just above the main entrance near the bank?
Having an event just before the main door/entrance into the actual market would bring lots of exposure to the Land Rover brand, and the forum too.

I obviously wont be there but maybe
Approach Land Rover in VIC for help and banners
and mmaybe viideo display . pamphets. etc also a range of cars
Series -> defenders rangies right thru etc.. could be great

You guys and gals have to do something over in the east. Have a look at the link to see what we've done here in the west, it was an awesome day.

    65th Anniversary - TeamW4

Local Land Rover mob got involved with sponsorship and supplying a 2013 RR Vogue as part of the display.

    Cheers, Jurgens.

We could or should approach the management of Caribbean lakes as they do on a regular basis have car clubs meet there and show there vehicles. They have a area that is used by the car clubs. Bit hard to explain where if you have not been there before, but it is a high enough exposure site. Also handy for the train they have for the big kids to have a ride on.

I had a look around their web site and found some interesting info and some pictures of other car club events.
I rang today and I've been asked to send an e'mail off with some details of numbers ect..
    Stay tuned.
    Cheers, Kyle

I'm still working on this troups.
Sent an e'mail as requested over a week ago and have made follow up phone calls.
At this stage I've had no reply so I'm guessing maybe they don't want to play host

Time to look into plan B.
    Cheers, Kyle
