    Enjoying the peace and quiet for a couple of hours...

    SWMBO has gone to see here folks, and the young bloke is out at the movies with friends. Got a Scotch in one hand, ipad in the other cruising around AULRO and have the cricket on as well.

    I'm knackered - been up since the crack of dawn making jelly worms and slime to decorate my sons 'trashy' birthday cake. I'm pleased to say that the cake was a success as was the party. After now after entertaing a tribe of 6 year old boys I'm ready to retire. My wife is reading the boys a book amd I'm checking in on AULRO whilst finishing off my glass of red before calling it a night!

    Almost. By the time I had the last ones lit, the first ones had burned all the way down. If I'd tried to light any more, I think we'd have had a meltdown like Three Mile Island.
