Know any good poems?

I'm not much of a poet I have to admit.

There's two that stick in my mind for different reasons.

One is:

Roses are red, violets are blue, this doesn't ryme... bacon.

And the other is The Man from Snowy River.

I always thought it was:

Roses are red,
Violets are blue.
Some poems rhyme,
Others don't.

However, a little one I like is:

I eat my peas with honey,
I've done it all my life.
It makes the peas taste funny,
But it keeps them on my knife.
