In NSW, you're not allowed to smile for your photo. Probably for the reason you said. "Cause If i have to pull it out Its most likely I aint going to be smiling".

In NSW they have an App for smart phones so you can look up a Rego to see if its current as we dont have Rego stickers now.

Perhaps check that out for your own state see if you have access to one too

I'd need a smartphone! I suppose kids are born with one now?
