Spot on Glen. I have found though that SWMBO's little Golf attracts all morons while the D4 only attracts the real stupid ones. Who said size doesn't count!

    Teaspoon of concrete anyone???
The only good thing about that is, it will harden, & shut certain Victorians up, Bob [ apologies to the nice ones]
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

    So on with the show!

Thanks for the input guys. As usual it's a great place to come for a measured response for what can be a really frustrating problem. I get the feeling that most people on the road don't actually enjoy driving at all and are just getting where they have to be, whatever it takes.
Maybe if they all drove Landys? Only ever saw one Landy driver acting like a chook. Come to think of it, it didn't really fit him well. Maybe he borrowed it.
    Cheers.

P.S. I tried driving like a Victorian once, but lowering my I.Q. that far gave me a massive headache.

The standard of driving is pretty poor all over the country. Each region seems to specialize in different methods of incompetence, the secret lies in compensating for the various 'styles'.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

Well, just got back from a week in Country NSW - all I have to say is....

I'm glad to be back in Victoria.... Only talking about the driving here, the people are great, but most of them REALLY ned to learn how to use a roundabout...

People - you DO NOT need to wait and give way for the car coming down the street about 200 metres away. Trust me, you will be in and out of the roundabout before it gets near you....

Oh, and when a traffic light turns green, you can drive off, you don't have to sit there for 5 seconds wondering what to do.

I'll take on the driving of my fellow Victorians any day of the week...
