I run 35w 4300k Lightforce HID spotties, I don't think you need any brighter.
But be aware, if you get HID spotties, you'll then need to upgrade your headlights to a brighter globe, because the first time you run your HID spotties and then dip them back to your headlights, your eyes will take a while to adjust back to the yellow light of your Halogens, it's amazing the difference, instant blackout
Don't go too bright and get the Narva white light Halogens for your headlights, there's a range of them available from Supercheap.
