    It has been revealed shocking statistics on literacy and numeracy levels in Tasmania.
    Half of all Tasmanians are functionally illiterate and innumerate.
    But I don't know which half of me that is.

    It's probably my other half ! but don't write to SWMBO, she might not understand.

    Also in the article:
    "The national average is about 40 percent."
    So, Tasmania isn't far behind.

    But the other half are brighter than average.

    My brother and his wife who had settled north of Hobart and were working for the CSIRO now need to move to Finland for work.
