I still remember my father put a sign on the rear window of one of the company series 3 he had just picked up new.It said "running in"

That would have been mid seventies i think.

Today it could be "we have a mechanical issue which is restricting speed"

Not real good i suppose as a pic of it may have ended up on a Tojo forum.

Definitely an air of superiority starting to creep in here.

Also you'd think some people have confused the term 'speed limit' with 'minimum speed'.

I'd be more concerned by the idiots that sit too close to the bum of the car in front, than by the bloke doing 80-90k's in a hundred zone (and more likely to give them a handwritten 'warning' for doing so ).

Some might consider it foolhardy to depart on a lengthy trip to areas off the beaten track without making sure your vehicle isnt going to let you down....
Full of advice......thanks but no thanks

Lengthy trip....emerald and back hardly call that lengthy

Off the beaten track......er not this trip, not your best research

I reckon I know my rig well enough......

You don't need to worry as you would have passed me and probably on your way back while I am hangin out with the nomads

They're as bad as each other and equally annoying.

That's the spirit mate, good on you, Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
