At the risk of further taking this thread off course...
We all have our own opinions of Mike, as is our right, far as I'm concerned he's a top bloke but that's just my opinion. We all have our strengths and weaknesses.
He's expressed his wish to depart the forum as is his right.
How about we go back to grey nomads and televisions and overtaking and all that good stuff instead of a "This is what I think about Tombie" tangent.
I've just heard that "Her Royal Highness" and "Prince Phillip" have just purchased a new caravan and are about to start their lap of Australia ;)
Of course they will tow it with the Range Rover
Good lord - this is about the 3rd or 4th time you've done this Mike! I suppose you'll be back in a few months, like all the other times.....
Wouldn't it be easier to just take a small holiday from AULRO, and then start up again in a few weeks when the irritation has passed?
Anyway - hopefully we'll see you back again sometime in the future.
Cheers
David

This photo could easily make it into Spike Milligans "Who Farted" book but in reality I think they're horrified at the realisation that people actually live in this sort of cramped accommodation.
