I'm sure you are correct, but I asked for fact , not supposition. Bob

How about doing a search for something like Gods Squad CMC.By the way, they are the Worlds oldest "Patched" CMC .
Some of us may have lead lives outside the Land Rover fraternity at one time in our lives, and may know a little bit more that the average joe on some topics;)
When you are finished looking up those facts, you might want to look up Greg Hirst and the Brotherhood CMC,who have been around for over 30yrs as a fully patched club.A lot goes on in this big country outside what happens in Qld;)
Of course you are right, and sooner or later all the negative elements happening elsewhere seem to end up here. It has got the stage I don't really care about what is happening in Mexico. But, we luv yas all, all the same, Bob Ps this is all I worry about now, [ most times] Not going to look up anything by the way , I'm fully aware of what is going down.

A fully patched club is a club that you can't join, just because you want to,you have to e asked to join, and then you start as a nom/nominee and then progress to a prospect and then after a period of time, different clubs have different rules, you may be asked to be a full member and receive your patch.
At least that is how it used to be,now days,I hear reports of people buying there way in to certain clubs by way of offering certain benefits to the right people if they are given membership.
I remember when you had to do a minimum of 20,000kms per year on your bike, just to be able to maintain your membership.Nowdays, half the clowns don't even own a bike or don't know how to ride one.Hell, some of these so called clubs have patches and don't ride bikes, but are still labelled as outlaw MCs,how is this possible if they don't ride bikes, apart from maybe a Malvern Star!!!!!!
And just as an aside,it was mentioned that the Ulysses club were warned off due to having MC on their back.It was actually due to the fact that some of the members took it upon themselves to add a lower rocker to the Ulysses image that they wear, and this made it a "Patch" and was seen in some circles as an act of aggression and outside the guidelines that the patched clubs had agreed to in letting the Ulysses club have free reign without fear of retribution from the patched clubs.
It's more correct to differentiate between clubs that operate on a 1% charter or not. This differentiates between a MC and a social riders club.
Some VVMC chapters operate under a 1% charter but not all of them. The 1% clubs will not allow anyone to wear a 3 piece patch that is not operating under a 1% charter. The Ulysses are treated with contempt by them, even with their single patch as they are trying to buy-in on the image.
Ahhhh, those Ulysses boys make me giggle, bless 'em. :)
