I'm guessing you work in the industry, poss even for Telstra.. Not holding that against you tho. A job is a job, and believing in the product you sell is even better. I do! What I disagree with is Telstra's below average way in which they go about things. A lot of people spend a lot of money with them as they are the only option. You only have to look on the net, Bookface and the like at the amount of negative feedback.. It seems the bigger companies can get away with it, whereas the smaller 'Jo Blow' who deals direct with with the public without the option of hiding behind their army of overseas unhelpful call centers is always in the firing line to produce the goods, or replace faulty goods, and have his/her name tarnished locally etc... If there was an affordable, reliable option two, Telstra wouldn't last 5 min!
