    It is a form of democracy, but after Qld cancelled their upper house, there is no house of review. It may be efficient getting legislation through, but becomes a problem when either left of right leaning parties get significant majorities in the lower (only) house.

    There are moves afoot, at least from spokespeople in the PUP to remove the upper house from other state and the Commonwealth parliaments. IMHO this lessens our democracy.

    You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
