Works just as well when you add a teaspoonfull of white sugar as 'grit'. Sugar washes away down the sink a little better than sand.

Laundry powder works but it gets pretty hot when you add some water to it.

Dish washing liquid & a bit of sugar to act as grit works an absolute treat.

It's OK this is not the gay bee cee

A little bit of laundry detergent mixed with some soft soap works a treat for my delicate little paddles. It also works well to get rid of grease from a chassis and the driveway, just dont leave it on the stenciled driveway for too long as it bleaches it:wasntme:

Wool Mix is another good grease and grimme remover.

Well there you go, I use the same stuff too!

I just need to be careful not to drip dirty water over the washing machine. SWMBO does not appreciate it :angel:.

that's step 2 of how to toughen up your apprentice, laundry powder a scrubbing brush and get to work, cleans the hands nice and fast,

also its good for cleaning your alloy boats, its all my cousin uses on his and after about 4 or 5 years it still looks like new
