Bit hard to wander off at night when the boy is sleeping.
I wonder how a hamock will go in the back of the Disco.
Rock him to sleep real quick

Yeah thats another point all togther too... I have been dying to test a theory.
When I head south this year to go pig hunting, I was thinking about a set up in the back of the landy, where you have all the gear in special boxes on the floor of the tub, and if my theory is correct.... a queen size mattress will fit perfectly across the top of the boxes and fit flush with the shape of the tub.
One side of the canvas can be lifted up and have two tent poles hold each corner up (so a little undercover area during the day when you are getting little bits and pieces from the back of the tub), and then have a specially designed mosquito net that attaches from the top of the canvas straight down to the tub, so it allows the canvas side to be open at night...
Who needs a bed at home when you can sleep in your landrover anywhere???!!! My girlfriend doesn't like the idea however....

They never seem to like those great "roughing it" ideas, although my fiance has slept in the back of the landy a couple of times on cadet bivouacs instead of setting up a tent, usuall in the summer months though, a but cold in winter here for that

I think the main thing to convince the girls to sleep up in the tubs of the landrover is mentioning the fact about ground clearance...
"Why?" they ask???
Two things....... snakes and bigger snakes
