I reckon this one's a bit of an urban myth.

I've been wondering about exactly when your ears and nose start getting bigger.

I see lots of old people who couldn't have gone through life with those monsters, so they must have grown, but my wife's features are the same size as when I met twenty-some years ago. My Dad is seventy and his ears & nose haven't blown up yet.

So when does it happen?

And why does it happen?

What else gets bigger when you turn into an old fella?
