I cannot do that, is a thread here about grog and cancer, my "religion" do not allow to do that, I rather sacrifice myself before cause pain and in an act of good I will and drink the poison myself .

There is a walking track near home were the locals can take the dogs for walk.
The council put garbage bins and supplied biodegradable plastic bags for the dog owners to pickup the poo.
There are 3 kind of people,

1) do not bother to use the bags or bins, even let the dogs poo next to the bins
2) some use the bags and left them on the side of the track
3) the ones like me that use the bags provided, pick up the bags left on the side of the track and dispose them on the bins.
What happens with the first two kind of people? are they uneducated bogans, brainless or just simple dirty?
