If I get constipated I just drink a bit more VB. Keeps me regular, not sure about the slim and trim bit though.

Does any one else call it bully beef? That's what I grew up knowing it as.

Bully beef? No, bully beef was the name for the tinned corned beef, Spam is ham and pork.
