    Excited much! New defender 90 ordered today

    Hey guys just let you know I finally bit the bullet and ordered my self a brand new defender 90 today. I've been wanting one for a while, after looking at p38 rangie and some discos the heart won out and it had to be a defender for my first landrover. Got it with the Corris Grey, sawtooth wheels, sun roof. Obviously more accessories to come when she lands in late march (I've been told). So soon to be another defender owner cruising around perth.

    Don't forget the Deafener wave Uber. We've noticed that all the new 90s on the road lately seem to be driven by people who don't recognise 110s and just give bemused looks when we wave.

    Congratulations Uber, we had to wait twice as long for ours!!....so you've obtained a vehicle which was already ordered by the Dealer?

    Thanks Pickles, yeah the dealer had 2 going through order in the next 2 weeks so I grabbed one of them and changed the colour and added the extras to it. The dealer said that being the last year they will be sold in oz only 50 defender 90's are to be sold here this year. So I'm happy to have grabbed one of them.

    Maybe the dealer is "exagerating" a bit there. The last Defenders is set to roll down the line on 20th December...."2015", I haven't heard about none being available in Aus for 2015.
    50 Defenders?...Is that from his dealership?
    Corris grey & sawtooth wheels will look good. I reckon black chequreplate on the top of the guards, under the doors & rear corners would look good, together with the black single tube LR side steps?!!

    Yeah pickles I'm not 100% sure but the dealer told me in 2015 all cars sold in oz need airbags. So the defender won't be sold here because of that. As with the 50 cars, that's just the number he told me for the whole of oz but would be interesting to see the real number if that's not correct.

    I like the check plate look aswell but might look into it when the car arrives.
