It can happen anywhere. Last year our oldest son, who works in Mona Vale in Sydney, noticd a bloke apparently sleeping at the back of his work car park when he arrived at work. The bloke hadn't moved by lunchtime so they called the ambulance, who found he was dead. This was in a busy industrial estate in Sydney's northern beaches.
