Not a lot of flex in the ol' CAT rippers! From this we can glean that 1, The straight was not long enough for his reaction times, 2: the grader is a very hard object to see as it is so small, 3: there needs to be more flashing lights on it, 200 might be enough!4: Dust restricting ability to see ahead is no reason to slow down :D 5: and ARB bars do not stop stuff :D
Reminds me of a mate at 1 of the coal mines years ago, working a night shift in a loader, felt a bump, thought there was rocks on the track so backed up to remove it, thought thats a big rock, looked and he had reversed over the SAFETY supervisors bonnet! the moron had drove right up behind the loader not thinking it may reverse!:o
