In Part one, they'd been through in the buggies and decided to go further with the vehicles.

In Part two. They're on the way back and go through a second time because they missed it on the camera the first time.

It does seem like a different story to part #1, however you can clearly see lots of vehicle tracks where he got stuck. So it does appear he's telling the truth - they had been through there a few times already.

Yep. Part 2 seams like the real story. Part was was fiction for the sake of TV. I wasn't even a good story though. The first time I though they were more stupid than the second.

At least this time they've been honest and said we were doing it for the camera. Happy days. They are making a TV series. It's to be expected.

The first time I thought what idiot goes driving around on tidal mud flats.

    Im confused...

they had enough line and to recover the second vehicle while It was still stnatchied up to the first vehicle...

why not just keep winching to see if that worked or flip the recovery vehicle around anchor it back and then use the winch....

why add the third snatch strap? reposition and pull on the better ground?

mind you, they achieved the second best possible outcome.

    No-one got hurt.

Lucky boys. Lucky the winch pulled the rolled vehicle over.

Not a clever comment. Have a think about what your actually saying.

I've been in similar situations where fear sets in and you don't always make the right decisions.

At least their having a crack they could have edited it out.
