My vote would be as per Diana's suggestion - take a trip to Thornleigh and see Carl at Greenlight.
I called Pete Davis too - but Oxford Falls is out of his normal range.
Perhaps spcb and I could persuade him to come out and do both our cars on the same day?
I've just booked in with British and Swedish in Nth Narrabeen. Glen did his training with Bruce from DPL - that reassures me.
DPL has been excellent - very happy with their service, its now just too far to travel.

Forgot to post back after getting it serviced at Ayers Automotive in Brookvale. They were excellent, and even managed to diagnose a creaking noise that my previous garage couldn't find (turned out to be a loose engine mount bolt).
Thanks to everyone for their input.
Their techs are great.....but the bloke who answers the phones up in the office.....all starts great but rapidly gets real bad. I won't use them for that very reason. No thanks....my hard earned is best elsewhere.Quote:
