Yeah as much notice as you can preferably.
I'm in the process of shifting to a different workplace hopefully, so I will let you know after that happens. Basically that will leave me with nights and weekends free. If its looking positive that you are going to be in the general area around a time, I'll try my best to be around at the same time for your visit.
I can't say for sure though what my movements are in the coming months.
