(i quote from the email i recieved with the photo)

He picked it up in time for the school holidays and this happenned 3 days later.
The 1 tonner was rammed from behind by semi just outside Yass and hurtled into them rear first.
Him, his wife and 2 small children spent the day in hospital under observation before being released with a few bumps and bruises.

He thanks his Defender for the fact they escaped virtually uninjured.

Good to see that there was no injuries...

I tell you...

with landrovers build quality and the "superior" Landrover dealer attention they would tell you that all that truck needs is a lick of touch-up paint and some tyre black and they would have it back to you "as good as new".

Seeing a few new Defenders lately (esp. South African builds) it looks like the panel gaps have improved already!!

If the panel gaps and door seals are improved - how is the water going to get out after a creek crossing :?: :?
