    reduced the size by converting the jpeg to web formatt with the editing software, then used the applet and got the same response! 8O 8O

    Keep it as a jpeg format file.
    Use photoshop or simlar to reduce the size (ie no of k of the image.
    try to upload using the FORM feature.
    should work for you.

    If you are using a firewall ensure it is allowing all communication etc with aulro.com

    I can't get the applet one to work, try the form one, I haven't had any trouble with that way, no matter what the file size (within reason).
