I took about 5 desktops down to the Springvale tip last week ( along with a lot of junk in the Landie tray) $66.00 for the load :angry: Next Hard Rubbish is 6 months away..
We removed all the hard drives & smashed them, but most had good motherboards & ram. Trouble is the Ram keeps changing, none would fit the newer computers.

The joke around here is, the Local council make a big song and dance about the fact it's illegal to go around picking at peoples assortment of goodies. Nobody listens.
A couple of years ago, Council opened up what they call a "Tip Shop". Guess what's in said tip shop, all the crap off peoples nature strips!!!
So if you want too, you can go and pay for stuff that you could have picked up for free.:mad:

I strip the cases and crush them flat then put in the recycle bin, anything else goes in the normal rubbish bin.
