Hi all,
Well I have decided to go ahead and fixed the defender. I have just bought another defender as donor vehicle. It is a 99 TD5 Defender 11o although i am buying it without drivetrain. Just chassis and interior and body. It has been in a rollover but i dont really need body panels. Mainly interior parts and one rear window. Also going to see if I can cut out the footwells from the bulkhead, not sure if they are the same being from a 99 TD5, if not I will sell bulkhead problems is no none is probaly going to want it.
So looks like I will soon have two Landies in mates back yard and a spare defender Chassis.
What I dont use I will try and sell.
Cheers Lobo

ntguy,
I don't believe that Land Rovers have ever been cited in the family court as grounds for divorce.
Except when the cost of keeping several roadworthy and registered LR's causes neglect.
Now your mate might have some issues unless you pay rent for the storage space.
Harry,
You can do anything in a Disco.
Just don't get caught.
