Sometimes in hot weather the most uncomfortable time can be having to put them back on for some reason. Also, having everyone nude can be a good social leveller. The clothes people wear can sometimes say a lot about them eg hint at occupation, social status, income fashion tastes etc. Without them everyone is largely more similar to everyone else.
Most likely at the 4WD Nude Muster similar things could happen as an incident I saw described at a festival where going nude was acceptable and commonplace. There was a group of men engrossed in something going on. Could have been like looking at an interesting vehicle. Along came a naked woman who wanted something. (Maybe a chore job done.) She was initially totally ignored and had to yell to get attention. Her being nude was regarded as a non issue and probably some types of clothes, especially glamorous ones would have made the blokes take more notice.

I am fairly sure most here realise that and sort the wheat from the chaff when it comes to information in these threads.

I don't think anyone here is seriously suggesting that there's a problem with naturists.
Similarly I don't think anyone made a comment that was overly biting or narky either.
I'm simply saying it's not what I'd consider doing. I wouldn't have the stones to do something like that.

To digger especially: I was not having a "dig" at the jokes you posted above. Some are the sort likely to be posted in nudist publications as well as elsewhere. As some racist jokes are most widely repeated by those of the race featuring in them. eg Irish telling Irish jokes and Jews telling Jew jokes. I was having a go at the giggles and /or nudge nudge wink wink type comments that often seem to emanate when nudity is mentioned. Including in the mainstream media.


Meanwhile, we haven't yet had much details of the 4WD Nude Muster posted here. Probably a report on it would be of interest on this forum. (Maybe link to another 4WD forum) Should feature mainly the activities. Sleazy tabloid journalism would not necessarily get much further than a story featuring nudity though.

I had a hunt around the 'net and couldn't find much info about it.

Should I go (take one for the team) and report back?

I was ignoring the generally pretty immature comment, but one thing that Ron should have picked up on is the confusion shown between the words "naturist" and "naturalist". The first is a synonym for "nudist" in general use, although sometimes thought to have connotations of health and philosophy rather than simply meaning lack of clothes. "Naturalist", on the other hand has nothing to do with clothing or lack thereof, but simply means someone who engages in the scientific study of nature.

I was actually suggesting that it may be wise to ensure that any delicate parts of your anatomy receive some special attention with the old Banana Boat bottle, but fat insults work just as well. :tease:
