It gets better, since then it's been reported she has been caught DUI, her excuse was she thought she was going to lose her licence anyway. Shouldn't ever be on the road again with that attitude

Sounds like Antisocial Personality Disorder or Conduct disorder.

She needs to be assessed by a clinical Psychologist before she creates more victims and ruins theirs and her own life.
