WHAT'S THE BEST AND WORST CONCERT YOU HAVE BEEN TO?

Seen heaps recently, including Art Vs Science at the Zoo in Brisbane where it was about a million degrees, BlueJuice among others at the Autumn Sounds festival in Bundy last weekend, then Horrowshow, Seth Sentry, and Bliss n Eso at the Riverstage in Brisbane last night.

All were pretty good, but Bliss n Eso were epic. Best I've seen, maybe not quite, but up there all the same

Not sure what the best or worst one I have ever seen is. some notable mentions in the last few years

U2 in Brisbane - Meh, but then I am not really a huge fan of the band. Jay Z was better!
Paramore - Riverstage - fantastic
Powderfinger final tour - VERY good
British India (heaps of times) - fantastic
Wombats (heaps of times) - fantastic
Sterephonics - very good despite Kelly being ill.
Art Vs Science. seen a couple of times, first time they weren't so good.

Actually worst, Jimmy Barnes.

Going to see Biffy Clyro later in the year which will be awesome! (I hope!)

Worst concert ever, 1927 ish tour wish I hadn't bothered. Best concert, angels at the amphitheatre in Darwin. Crowd went off. It's band not bad either. They where having trouble with their sound equipment, lead singer ends up saying " well that ***ks that idea catch ya later".

I was doing roadie work at the groovin the moo up here in Townsville and also video screen work,anyway i was side of stage for the whole event and Bliss and Esso put on a wicked set and i scored a signed set list from the boys!!! also a signed drum head from Birds of Tokyo they also sounded awesome,Bloody good event supported by triplej.:D

The best was Cold Chisel last stand at Sydney entertainment centre in mid 80's maybe 85. It was there last concert as chisel and tickets sold out in like 15 mins.

Worse seen Joe Cocker in Perth and he was that ****ed he couldn't sing and never finished the concert.

Close were Goerge thorogood in Darwin as a cyclone was coming, and AC/DC several times.

Close Bad, Tina turner and angels.

Radio Birdman at The Palais in Newcastle, maybe '94 and The Angels and Rose Tattoo on the same card, about '86 at the old Newcastle Workers were great concerts.
The worst by a long way was The Kransky Sisters at Newcastle's Civic Theatre. I would have left 10 minutes into it but the couple that gave us the tickets as a gift were with us.

George Thorogood at Surfair in the 70's was good, Tull better with Joan Armatrading up there as well but ,to me, it has to be Zappa.
Worst would be one J. O'keefe at the Ridge, Spring Hill in Brissie or Credence at Festival Hall. Fogerty had his back to the audience 90% of the time!
