    Brittish/ NZ tow hitch question...

    Had a look at a Disco import from NZ.
    It has what looks like a factory LR tow hitch, with 5 adjustable tow ball positions.
    The towball is secured with 2 bolts, on a kind of bent stalk.
    It is 44mm.

    Does anyone know if I can get a 55mm tow ball in this configuration in OZ....or do I have to remove the tow barr assy and get another one...

    In OZ there was a small bracket that bolted to the UK towbar so you can just drop in a 50mm ball.

    I can take some pix later if interested.

    tHATS EXACTLY WHAT i WAS AFTER....BUT HAVE JUST HAD A LOOK AT (YET) ANOTHER DISCO..THIS TIME IT'S A 97 MODEL WITH 150 ON THE CLOCK, AUTO.
