We will find out if It's a proven theory tomorrow.
CO2 levels have been rising exponentially since the industrial revolution. Global warming is now a proven theory.

Methane is also a greenhouse gas.
CFC destroys the ozone layer. As a greenhouse gas, I don't think it is. In a later post, I will draw your attention to the this gas in relation to your next comment.

If climate change is occurring due to human activity why do Govts still promote population growth via a wide range of subsidies/programs.



N.B I think humans are causing climate change, just not sure exactly how.

Let me ask the same question, in another way:

If climate change is happening, and we're causing it through CO2 emission, why would a government scrap a program that reduces CO2 emissions?

That just made everything more expensive and Australia less competitive.
What industry did to reduce their CO2 emissions in Australia was to move that part of their industry off shore, usually to Indonesia. I could tell you how I know this but that may jeopardise my employment. You know, confidentiality agreements.

Welp, you're gunna need to provide some evidence for these claims I'm afraid. "Everything more expensive" and "Australia less competitive" are the ones I'd start with.
