A IH TD 30 that we used in the bush in tassie late 1970's , had a plate riveted to firewall with S M A & numbers stamped in it .

Looks very much like the one my brother has,built very similar time.
His has got a bit less rust,a quick buff should sort yours out:D
Yours has the optional left wiper.

is the extended/covered brake light important in some way?
or is it the funny thing under that?

the extended brake light is a lucas L518 and generally called a pork pie and they sell for about $100+
the clear light below is a faded lucas 556 and isn't standard but would have been fitted in the 60's i would imagine (they were usually amber or red and generally used for blinkers)
