    Wallabies jersey question

On their jerseys, what is above the number sewn into the jersey. It's about cigarette packet size.

I assume its the number of guys that have played for Australia.......

I.e. If there has been 423 play for Australia previously you you get the call up you will be the 424th player l play for Australia......if that makes sense.

Without seeing a picture of what you describe, it sounds like a GPS tracker.

No, its something built into the jersey, GPS tracker could be, however commentators might have given stats or comments and nothing was mentioned.

Of course over on foxtel they may know all, I had to watch on 10.

I am fairly sure the Australian cricket team started that trend.

That is a whole another thread.

I thought it was the English Cricket team that did it first.

"The Wallabies have begun using a GPS tracking system in Test matches that shows the leading players cover as many metres and play with the same intensity as those involved in a high-level rugby league match, such as an NRL semi-final. Peter Harding, the Wallabies strength and conditioning coach who has worked in all four football codes in Australia, is using the system to ensure the players train wisely and are properly prepared for matches."

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking
