We are human we make choices sometimes the wrong ones. Due to other issues. That is where the law should be able to determine the difference. You can argue should have could have all you like. But in this case no one was injured. Has anybody on this forum driven when they were tired, angry etc a decision made at the time.That can limit your ability to drive.

Point taken mate,but getting behind the wheel that drunk and no license is saying to the community i don't give a **** if i hurt or kill anyone.And she lost her license for unpaid traffic fines so it seems she has very little regard for road rules in general.

I don't think anyone gets behind the wheel with the view they will kill someone. That is the problem that most people miss.

That's very true, but getting behind the wheel with a reading of 1.81 is not a minor error, its just unacceptably irresponsible behaviour.
